CCMA disputes: act quickly
Strict time limits apply to labour disputes. An unfair dismissal dispute, for example, must generally be referred to the CCMA or the relevant bargaining council within 30 days of the dismissal. If you have been dismissed, or a former employee has referred a dispute against your business, contact us as soon as possible so that no deadline is missed.
