Anke de Wet - Director
LLB North West University, Potchefstroom
LLM in Private Law, University of Pretoria, Pretoria
Anke is an admitted attorney (2016), conveyancer (2016) and notary (2017). Anke has experience in a variety of fields but she specialises in the drafting of contracts and policies, educational law, property law and labour law.
Anke served articles and practised as a professional assistant at Van Velden-Duffey Incorporated in Rustenburg (2013 – 2017) and then as professional assistant and junior associate at Fourie Fismer Incorporated (2017 – 2019) where she was the head of the conveyancing department until she co-founded De Wet Oosthuizen Incorporated.
Latoya W. Duvenage - Senior Associate
Latoya is an admitted attorney (2015). Latoya has experience predominantly in Third Party Compensation and Debt Collection, but has experience in various other fields. She mainly focuses on labour law and educational law.
Latoya served her articles at Johan Coetzee Incorporated (2013 – 2015). She then practised as a professional assistant (2016) and then a junior associate (2017 – 2019) at Fourie Fismer Incorporated.


Aimée Nel - Associate
Aimée is an admitted attorney (2015) and focuses mainly on education law and labour law with a special focus on Labour Court litigation.
Aimée served articles at Motla Conradie Incorporated and then started her career as a labour law litigant at Solidarity Trade Union (2015 – 2023) before joining De Wet Oosthuizen Incorporated in 2023.
Helé Muller - Professional Assistant

Helé is an admitted attorney (2023) and mainly focuses on labour law and education law.
Helé started working at De Wet Oosthuizen Incorporated while serving her articles in 2021 and has become a valued member of the team.


Anerike Schutte - Associate
Anerike is an admitted attorney (2015) specializing in labour law, with a
deep understanding of bargaining councils, union negotiations, and
collective workplace dynamics.
She began her legal career at Robert Schoeman Attorneys, where she served
her articles. Anerike then worked as a professional assistant at Diamond
Hamman and Associates before transitioning to a role as a labour law
specialist at SEESA (Pty) Ltd, where she served for eight years. In 2024,
she joined De Wet Oosthuizen Incorporated to continue her career in labour
law.
