• Antenuptial contracts – drafting and executing antenuptial contracts before marriage, with or without the accrual system, and attending to their registration.

How a property transfer works

Once a deed of sale is signed, the conveyancer obtains the necessary documents and clearances, prepares the transfer documents, has them signed by the parties and lodges them at the Deeds Office. The transfer is complete when the Deeds Office registers it. Throughout, we keep buyers and sellers informed of where the matter stands.
