Learner disciplinary hearings
When a learner is accused of serious misconduct, the governing body must follow a fair procedure before it can suspend a learner or recommend expulsion. Mistakes in the process can lead to the outcome being set aside, even where the misconduct itself is clear. We assist governing bodies with charge sheets, notices, the hearing itself and the written outcome, so that the process is both fair to the learner and defensible.
